Who we are
My Choice is run by Certitude Support. Our provider organisations Southside Partnership and Support for Living both have over 20 years' experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and people with mental health needs. We currently support over 1900 people living within London and the Home Counties. My Choice is our way of enabling you to directly purchase the support you want and need.
